Under the Rainbow

A rainbow at the beach is a beautiful gift.  I wanted this painting to express the intelligence of this black lab contemplating the beauty of the moment.

In my paintings, my animals are highly intelligent beings capable of deep emotion. I am more convinced all the time that this may be the truth.
